The best thing about being an independent artist is having one-on-one friendship with fans.
With this video, I want you to feel like you are in the studio with me.
Here’s to becoming even better friends!
This secret video cannot be seen by the public on YouTube.

The Story
When covid hit, José and I were stranded in remote Texas desert.
I decided to write a song in response to the times.
To make it fun, I involved our patreon fam.
Each patron got a note of melody, and what a fun collaboration it was!
As you can see, the recording was made inside the bus studio…in the middle of the desert!
That’s why yours truly is quite sweaty and definitely not a polished penny in this video!
But I like it that way. It’s more real. It’s more me.

I get a lot of inspiration from watching your journey and am enjoying your music.
Lately I’ve come to realize we are all in this transformation process which is unique to each one of us…yet, we are all on this trip together…let us be human beings!
Hi Keith! Thank you so much for being there with us on the Art We There Yet journey. I enjoy your comments and shares on social media and being able to connect with you there. And thank you so much for ordering the Thank You bundle! I hope you have enjoyed all the music!
I couldn’t have said it better, nor could I agree with you more. I remember the moment I realized that not two human beings live exactly the same set of experiences. We all have our own set of life experiences and lessons learned. Yet as you put it, we are still in this thing all together. I think that’s where the idea of “giving a little grace” really comes in. We all need to give ourselves just a little grace, and to give that to others as well. And by grace, I don’t necessarily mean anything religious. Just more like…understanding, compassion, and patience. Or as Mary Gauthier names it – “mercy”. I trust you know of Mary’s music, Keith? I hope so!!!

Hey Jasper! Thank you so much for letting me know you’re having this issue. Can you tell me if it is every page that you are experiencing this, or just one particular page? Also, are you viewing the site from a computer or your phone? And yes, if anyone else can chime in and let me know if you’re experiencing this as well, I’d like to know! From our end, we don’t have that issue on either desktop or mobile. Is your web browser an older version, Jasper? If so, that miiiiight be the issue.

Hi Cora Rose! Just saw your video traveling along the Alaska pipeline to the Arctic Circle and beyond. From there I found your music and I love it! We are just-turned 70 year old retirees living in Colorado. We can relate to going beyond the tree line as we recently four-wheeled up to 12,800 feet in the San Juan Range over Engineer Pass. Let us know if you ever come near Grand Junction, CO let us know so we can buy you a coffee or tea?

Hi Vicki & Wayne! Oh, I am so happy you found the channel, enjoyed the Dalton episode, and then explored my music. I’m honored! And wow, a trip up into the San Juans sounds amazing! My folks are over on the Front Range, and I enjoy a foray into the Rockies when the opportunity presents itself. I’m not sure we’ll be coming through that area again with the bus (we were there in 2020), but if we do, we’ll definitely reach out!
